Adult Education / Transformative Adult Learning (TAL) 

At Temple Emanuel we believe learning is a lifelong journey. Education is one of the cornerstones of our congregation and our outstanding adult education program reflects a commitment to lifelong learning. Many of our classes are open to the community, whether or not you are a member of Temple Emanuel.

Yoga with Michelle Aaron
By stretching and balancing while concentrating and visualizing, one can gain greater flexibility, strength, tone, control, poise, improved overall health and peace of mind. A variety of postures and relaxation techniques is taught. People practicing yoga become revitalized and rejuvenated. Participants should not eat directly before class, should wear comfortable clothing and bring a towel and a mat.

Michelle Aaron is a certified Hatha Yoga instructor. She trained at Sacred Movement in Venice. Her philosophy is to utilize a fun and spiritual approach in strengthening and toning the body.

Dates & Times: All classes are subject to change.
Mondays: 9–10 AM; 4:45–5:45pm;
Tuesdays: 6:30–7:45pm;
Wednesday: 11–12pm;
Thursday: 8:15–9:15am
Location: Steinbaum Burton Way Building
Cost: $15 per single class
